I believe we are still in the early years of Cloud and like many new breakthroughs it may well take ten years for the full adoption of this technology. Cloud has proved very popular with knowledgeable consumers and start-ups (who would otherwise have to operate and pay for their own infrastructure), but is only just really gaining traction for critical applications with larger enterprises.

The goal is to breakdown the walled garden between marketing and sales. Historically, revenue attribution has caused silos to form within an organization which end up competing against each other, at the expense of the overall performance of the company. Simply put, the VP of Marketing and the VP of Sales are now moving their offices closer together and technology is the enabler of that closer relationship.

That's very interesting, but we've all read and heard about Apple's magic. Is there a particular observation you wish to make about the iPad?

Let's start with some clarity on the comment - can you elaborate on what you see as "one side" or the "opposite" in the argument, and what you think is missing?

I am not sure if I agree with your post here. See you do make the best point, I don’t think you have actually given a large amount of thought to the opposite side of the argument. Perhaps I could do a guest post or a follow-up, just tell me.

Mac's stellar innovation will eventually grow after this initial push period during it's unveiling. The A4 chip and Job's potential to fix hardware will begin to make the iTablet a monster in the futuire.
